Refund policy


No Returns or Exchanges (Non-EU Customers)

Due to hygiene reasons and the availability of detailed sizing and material information, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

Please ensure you review all product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of delivery at support@elysiancurve.com
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once verified:

  • We will ship a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Leggings or similar apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is damaged or defective and a replacement is not possible

  • A return is required under applicable consumer protection laws (see below for EU customers)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.

EU Customers: Right to Return

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging and condition

⚠️ Important: Leggings and similar garments are not eligible for return if opened, unless defective. This applies only if the product seal is broken.

To request a return, contact us at support@elysiancurve.com within 14 days.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
