  • We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ship your order. Once your purchase is handed over to a carrier, risk and title pass to you. The accuracy of your shipping address is your responsibility.

  • Review your order before submitting. If an order is modified or canceled by us, we’ll notify you via your provided contact info.

4. Pricing & Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at our discretion without notice. The final price is confirmed in your order confirmation.

  • Prices may not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

  • Discrepancies—like pricing errors—will be resolved at our discretion.

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated payment and contact details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping details—including estimated delivery times—are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events are outside our control.

  • Once handed off to the carrier, delivery responsibility and risk transfer to you.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Return & Refund Policy applies. We generally do not accept returns due to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or opened items for hygiene reasons.

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery for resolution.

  • EU customers may have a 14-day return window, subject to conditions.

  • ElysianCurve is powered by Shopify. You make purchases from us—ElysianCurve—not Shopify.

  • Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify—as our platform provider—may collect and process data to facilitate and improve the Services (including via trusted partners for fulfillment or support).
